My grandmother is an incredibly hard-working mobile pet groomer and one day when we were talking she had lost two clients due to them moving out of state and the clients were a reliable monthly income for her, who she had been working with for years.
She asked me to build her a website so that she would be able to draw in more clients in the area, so of course the first thing I did when I got home was search for 'Mobile pet groomers near me". I was amazed by how bad the websites were and after exploring a few I noticed that the only way to book with the groomers was to either call, email or message them on the website. It was one of the most inefficient processes I have seen and this went for not just mobile pet groomers but in-person groomers as well.
I asked around about why the system was like this. All the answers I got were, "We like to have our own schedules so we don't want customers being able to pick their own times" and that's when it hit me to develop a schedule software that revolves around the groomers schedule and has optimizations available to make your own schedule while booking more clients.
